Perfect! Kids said it was restaurant quality. I used sesame oil instead of olive oil and I light sprinkled red chili flakes into it in the last 30 seconds bout a 1/4 tsp.

It was really good! I used cut up chicken breast instead and I would recommend using less soy sauce or add more chicken because it was too salty. But it was great!
