I used pecans instead of walnuts and I did add seasonings I added garlic powder, a bit of ground cumin, salt and pepper I highly recommend this recipe with the additions for seasoning very tender and flavorful

Pounded out the chicken. Very bland so would add seasonings for next time. Loved the texture of the crunchy walnuts. Would definitely make again but would modify a bit

Great! I used pecans and pounded the breasts out before breading. That makes the meat very tender. The nuts have such a nice texture.

tastes bland. if you're a walnut lover, I'm sure it rocks!! I would modify. I will make a modified version of this next time.

I added Rosemary/sage/garlic and salt and pepper to the crushed walnuts which made the chicken SO flavorful! I would highly recommend added spices, otherwise it seems like this would be really bland. I also threw in potatoes in the Pyrex with the chicken to cook. Really great!

Great! Adding salt & pepper to the chicken before dipping in egg & walnuts makes it even more flavorful.

One of my all time favorites. Simple enough to make, and goes great with roasted veggies as a side dish

Super simple, yet amazingly delicious. The chicken was super moist and received “thumbs up” of the discriminating palates of our guests!
