It was good. I used turkey sausage. This is a great recipe to mix and match veggies to get a bit different flavor each time you make it. I added potatoes with the butternut squash, then added tomatoes at the end. There are never ending combinations! Make sure not to add much salt since sausage has a good amount of sodium.
