They were really good.

I didn’t use butter and they were good. Used liquid egg whites (equivalent to 3 eggs) instead and got 1 large (too large) pancake using a 8 in pan. Next time I’ll use a smaller pan and maybe only 2 servings of egg whites. Sprinkled with cinnamon and some honey on top.

Great recipe! Putting a lid on makes a huge difference in flipping the pancake will definitely make again. By following the recipe, I think it made about 3 pancakes- good for one person

The pancakes are very difficult to flip. Wouldn't make them again. The flavor was good but they are too difficult to make

I used 6 egg whites and 2 bananas, but I would put the berries on top after pouring the pancake. And lowest heat.

Really nice, I think I'm going to try strawberries instead of blueberries next time though. Adding a little honey and butter certainly adds to the flavour.

Came out just like the picture. Good substitute for a flour pancake, but still ended up using maple syrup as it was a little dry with all that cinnamon. So lost some healthy points for that.

Very very good. I am now making this on a regular basis. I love that there is no flower in it. You can also fry up the egg yolks.

Fantastic pancakes. Mixing everything up, I can't say I wasn't nervous considering what most Americans consider pancakes. After finishing and sprinkling Cinnamon, my goodness. The picture shows them with some sort of syrup on them, but they don't need it.

Delicious! Such a great alternative to standard pancakes. Definitely double the recipe if it's for more than one.
