It was so good that I literally on was able to get 1 bite on Christmas Day. Apparently you should eat first and work on Christmas dinner later! Will make again. I even made one with low fat Turkey sausage and egg whites. Sour dough bread worked awesome

Very good I cooked longer than they said uaed 7 eggs not 8 as that was all I had added chopped red and orange pepper and fresh chives. Toppwd with a little more grated cheese. We ate as a supper but would be an ok breakfast

It tasted great. I did add chopped green onion and chopped orange and yellow bell peppers. For family needing heat I set on table Habanero hot sauce.
