Recipe does not say to add the oats with the wet ingredients to sit overnight in the refrigerator. Perhaps that is obvious to someone who has made overnight oats before, which I have only done once and it was the Quaker Oats Bowl thingy. So I guessed, correctly. Thankfully. I thought this was...ok. Nothing earth shattering, not really one Is return to.
Great and easy recipe...I have added some honey to the oats and served with blueberries and walnuts in the top. Beautiful!
It was quite filling and fresh

This will be come a staple at our house. Nutritious, easy to make, convenient - and perfect for warm summer months. Love the chia seeds and yoghurt - and the possibility of different variations with dried fruit, maple syrup, honey, fresh fruit..
