  • 8 ounces diced green chilies (drained or Hatch chilies)
  • 1 pound chorizo (cooked and drained, Depending on the size of pan, you may not use this all)
  • 1 cup diced onions (cooked with the chorizo)
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 cup milk (or half and half)
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup sour cream (or plain yogurt)
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt (Lawry's)
