I've made this casserole a few times, and it's a favorite! I usually just use 2% reduced fat milk, but I end up using more cheese on top of the casserole to get a good layer. I also like using "hot" breakfast sausage to give it a little kick. Overall a good recipe!

Second time I made it. I never do it over night, though and it 1hr and 10 min to cook through.

This is so yummy. I substituted one pound of ham lunch meat chopped up instead of sausage and added some mustard to the egg mixture for flavor and it turned out delicious. I had to cook it for 60 plus minutes.
