  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup steel cut oats
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 4 Tbsp. butter (at room temperature, cut into 1/2" pieces)
