    it turned out good. My husband really liked it. I made baked potatoes and canned corn to go with it. The flavor of the steak was yummy. I had to cook it for additional time in the oven but that's ok.

    First time cooking a flank steak. It needed another 4-5 minutes in the oven but after that it turned out amazing!

    Excellent! I cut it agaist the grain in thin slices and it made great steak sandwiches
    That was the BEST tasting, most tender piece of beef I have EVER made or eaten!
