This was deee-lish! We had this for lunch with the leftover lemon pepper salmon I made for dinner last night. I’m really conscientious of what my mom eats for health reasons. She absolutely loved the way the flavors came together. Quick and simple (less than an hour altogether).👌🏾

I've done a similar recipe but substitute a couple of pats of butter for the oil and Montreal steak seasoning for salt, pep and garlic..

I do prefer pan frying them but this was quite tasty, the black pepper added a nice touch. I added some garlic cloves as well
