The easiest way to make a big batch of hard boiled eggs — using your oven!

- cold water

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Place one whole egg in each cavity of a 12-cavity muffin pan.
- Bake the eggs on middle rack of oven for 28 minutes.
- Remove pan from oven and rinse eggs under cold water until cool enough to handle. Peel an egg to check for doneness and add cook time as needed.
- Peel and serve immediately. Alternatively, unpeeled eggs may be chilled in refrigerator up to 4 days.

It worked great 👍.I’ve never done this before but it was easier faster and tasted great 😊.I’m going to do that more often

I was pretty pleased how these turned out. Fewer broken shells and waterlogged "explosions". Unfortunately, my eggs were *very* fresh, which always makes them difficult to peel -- and results in me throwing away half of the egg. A friend suggested soaking the eggs in vinegar overnight before baking them. I'm going to give that a try next time. Thanks for the awesome idea!

Perfect - Shells peeled off easily and cooked to perfection this will be great for deviled eggs!
