My husband who is never a fan when I experiment with new recipes loved it. I added some garlic powder and salt on top with the bread crumbs. I broiled the chicken breast for crispiness during the last 5 minutes but be careful because the bread crumbs started to burn a bit. A simple and easy go to for chicken.

A quick and easy weekday meal! Tastes pretty good with some rice and veggies.

Mine didn’t come out quite as dark as the pictures here, but it tasted great, which is what matters.

I like this dish. I added garlic powder, seasoned salt, and paprika. I also used croutons that I crushed into bread crumbs.

My family was skeptical because of the Mayo.... however, huge hit!! My husband asked to keep it on the “rotation”!! Even my very picky, chicken hating 8 year old liked it! Delicious, flavorful, and just the right amount of crunchy!

I have three picky eaters to feed and they all loved this recipe!

I followed the easy directions but mine came out just ok. The pic makes it look like its breaded on both sides. Mine did not look this good and family thought it was ok. We had a left over one which never gotten eaten.

This recipe was great! Everyone in my family loved it! It was crunchy, and I used the left overs on a salad the next day! YUMMY!

Not quite as crispy as I was expecting but still super delish!! This has become a regular in my house

Chicken was undercooked, after cooking chicken on 450f for 20 minutes I stuck a thermometer in and it read 110f which is 50f under cooked (this is why it was very tender for many). It's unsafe for beginner cookers and adolescents and the "breading" kept falling off.

Chicken was possibly the juiciest I've ever had but my boyfriend found it salty. Don't think you need so much mayo mixture.
S. Sydney Feynes 21 Feb 2016
This was good & turned out the way it was suppose to but I feel you don't need all that mayo. I'll try this again with half the amount.

OMG this was soooo delish and sooo easy! Used lite mayo and gluten-free cajun-spiced panko. Browned under broiler at the end. Perfect! Couldn't get enough of the crispy bits around the edges of the pan. Yum!

My family loves this recipe. I use Panko breadcrumbs instead and add some Italian seasoning to them. This is always in our regular recipe rotation especially when we need something quick.

Loved it. Easy, delicious. I have been making this for a long time. I do half bread crumbs and half parm cheese. First time I tried italian season breadcrumbs. Very, very good.

Was wondering if I could use sour cream instead of mayonnaise I have a daughter who will not eat mayonnaise.

I have made this Hellman's recipe for years. I do prefer panko breadcrumbs, but I have used crushed cornflakes too and I've also added a couple of shakes of Mrs. Dash (garlic..). The recipe is a real people pleaser.

Very good chicken. I really liked the mayo/parmesan combination. It was a simple recipe to put together, too. Thank you!
Bridget N. 1 Dec 2015
This is really a yummy and super easy chicken dish.....the only change I have made is to use the Panko type bread crumbs......can you say yum?

I dredge the chkn in skim milk to cut some calories. it taste very good like this, you really don't miss the mayonnaise. I also sprayed the breast with butter flavored pam to get a better coating on the chicken.

This is delicious. I added shredded mozzarella cheese along with the parmesan and it made it incredible. This will definitely be made regularly in the Moyer household.
marcela L. 19 Nov 2015
Delicious...I added three garlic cloves (chopped) to the mayo&parmesan. My family loved it! Great for leftovers (chicken salad).
Tricia C. 15 Nov 2015
Ive made breaded chicken like this for years always good and always a crowd pleaser. They featured it on the back of a box of Italian bread crumbs a few yrs ago and my whole family loved it.
Trina F. 8 Nov 2015
So good! Definitely making it again. I used light mayo instead and couldn't even tell the difference. It was a dinner favorite for all.
Lily Host 29 Oct 2015
The chicken was delicious. The meat was tender and tasty. My family loved it and I will definitely make it again.
