It was ok, not the clearest directions, but it was ok
Personally too garlicky
I would recommend cooking the salmon with the skin up to keep it from drying

It turned out really good. My husband loved it. Next time I will double up on the marinade to make more. I didn’t quite have enough to cover both sides of my salmon fillets. Also, next time I will not add cayenne to my main batch of marinade (maybe do a separate marinade with no cayenne). Too spicy for my toddlers.
