Could not believe how great the chicken came out! Such a simple recipe even I could execute it and I mess up most things in the kitchen. Chicken had crispy skin and very moist delicious meat. Will be making this again...and again. Thanks for the recipe!

This was as easy as could be. not only that, the results were great. I added dill to the recipe. One other thing - for those on a no or low salt diet, just leave out the salt.

Great recipe. I seasoned the chicken the night before with some Goya Adobo, aka seasoned garlic salt, and kept them in a baggie in the fridge. This help so that the entire chicken is seasoned and not just the skin on top and the bottom. Then I followed the recipe and less than an hour later...yummy goodness. Have made this several times since and it has never failed to get people going back for seconds.
