  • 1 tsp. salt
  • black pepper
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 4 oz. thinly sliced deli ham
  • 4 oz. swiss cheese (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 lb. asparagus
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • black pepper

    Directions

    1. Preheat the oven to 400° F.
    2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
    3. Rinse the chicken cutlets and pat dry with paper towels. Pound the chicken until it is roughly 1/2” thin. Season the chicken on both sides with 1 teaspoon of salt and black pepper, to taste.
