- 1 tsp. salt
- black pepper
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 4 oz. thinly sliced deli ham
- 4 oz. swiss cheese (sliced)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 lb. asparagus
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- black pepper

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400° F.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Rinse the chicken cutlets and pat dry with paper towels. Pound the chicken until it is roughly 1/2” thin. Season the chicken on both sides with 1 teaspoon of salt and black pepper, to taste.
