This is a great recipe I made it for dinner this evening and my family loved it. The only thing I added was Wright's liquid smoke to the EVO and brushed it on the fish. Awesome!

I used the seasonings but didn’t measure, and it came out a little bland. So next time i will try to follow the recipe and see if the flavor comes out a bit stronger

Delicious and flaky, cooking time at ten minutes at 425 convection was perfect. My only complaint was, I cut the recipe for the spice mix in half, using 1/4 t. of cayenne. Per the recipe, this should have been on the less-hot end of the spectrum, and we like things extra spicy. The cayenne pepper overpowered everything. Couldn't even taste the tartar sauce. If I make it again I'd use 1/8 t. cayenne. If you don't like things extra spicy, just use a dash or two for two fillets.

This recipe was super easy and quick. However, I messed it up. I dipped the fish into the seasoning instead of rubbing it on. It was too spicy and too salty. :( This was totally my fault. The next the time I make it I will follow the instructions. I didn't make the tarter sauce this time. However, I will try it next time. I give this recipe 2 thumbs up.

Very good! The spices were terrific! For the tarter sauce I halved the mayo with non fat Greek yogurt for a lighter option.
