it is easy to make inaccurate measurements of the bisquick by visually using volume to measure a cup instead of weight, resulting usually in having more flour adding to an already dry recipe. ensuring a standard weight of 360 gms for 3 cups, and adding 1 cup water to the mix gave me a winner batch

Great - a little dry but delicious!

Not very good at al! 3 cups of Bisquick made the balls very dry and lacking flavor. We had plenty of the balls but we ended up throwing them away.
