Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup seasoned panko Japanese-style bread crumbs
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (rinsed, pat dry)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a shallow bowl, add the bread crumbs, cheddar and Parmesan cheese and stir until well combined. Evenly coat the chicken with the dressing then dredge in the bread crumb mixture.
  2. Arrange the chicken on a lightly oiled baking sheet. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165ºF is reached and juices run clear.

It turned out good would've been better if I added some seasoning on the chicken but it was still good my husband loved it so that's all that matters lol
