Boneless skinless chicken breasts provide the perfect base for this tantalizing and fresh Oriental-style sauce. The chicken needs to be marinated in the sauce for 12 hours, so plan ahead. Ingredients
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 garlic cloves (peeled and minced)
- 1 centimeter fresh ginger (shredded)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
- 1Place the chicken with the garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes in a container. Mix well, making sure to coat the chicken well.
- 2Cover the container with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
- 3Place a frying pan on the stove on low heat. Add the olive oil and saute the chicken for 8 to 10 minutes on each side.
- 4Remove the chicken from the pan and serve it with rice or salad. You may also add lemon and coriander to the chicken to give it more flavor.
