Ingredients

  • 500 grams sardine fillets
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 basil (rods)
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons ground coriander

Directions

  1. Get the juice from the lemon.
  2. Wash and dry the basil.
  3. In a dish, pour the olive oil, lemon juice, spices, herbs and garlic powder .
  4. Mix everything and put the sardine fillets into the marinade
  5. Refrigerate at least 2 hours .
  6. Preheat the griddle minutes then lower the heat .
  7. Place fillets of sardine , cook for a few seconds and then return them.
  8. The cooking is very fast.
