Oreo Brownies, a Variation of Irresistible Brownies

Description

Brownies just became more irresistible. Featuring broken chunks of Oreo Cookies, buried in a bed of chocolate, they will be in hot demand. Serve as-is, or with a dollop of whipped topping.

Ingredients

  • 150 grams butter
  • 200 grams dark chocolate
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 grams sugar cane
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 box OREO® Cookies (mini)

Directions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2Melt the butter in a pan, add chocolate chopped in small pieces. Mix well to obtain a smooth, homogeneous paste.
  3. 3Whisk the eggs until they triple in volume, add sugar, and continue whisking for about 3 to 4 minutes. Add melted chocolate, mix in flour and salt. Cut 1/3 of the Oreos into pieces, add to dough .
  4. 4Line a 20 centimeter square pan with parchment paper (just a reminder: grease pan with butter so that parchment paper sticks).
  5. 5Pour batter in pan, and place a few pieces of chopped Oreos on top.
  6. 6Bake for about 30 minutes.
  7. 7Cool before cutting out brownies.
