  • 4 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
  • 1 piece onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 5 cloves garlic (coarsely chopped)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons dried oregano
  • salt
  • 1 tablespoon water (in which the chicken was cooked)

    Directions

    1. Place the chicken in a large pan, without overlapping the pieces. Add the onion, garlic, and water. Cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes until the chicken is soft.
    2. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
    3. Separately, use a mortar to crush the garlic, oregano, and salt, and add a tablespoon of water in which the chicken was cooked.
