Ingredients

  • 1 pound orecchiette
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 pounds broccoli (cut into florets)
  • 3 cloves garlic (sliced)
  • 2 red chilies (sliced)
  • 1/2 pound arugula

Directions

  1. Cook the Orecchiette in boiling, salted water according to the package instructions then drain. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large frying pan, add the broccoli and sauté for 5-6 mins, turning. Add the garlic and chili and sauté for 1-2 mins. Fold in the arugula and season. Add the pasta and toss. Divide between 4 bowls and garnish with black pepper.
