Tasted great but didn’t rise.....could be operator error. I made great orange juice but still didn’t get a strong orange flavor.
Fantastic! I added a bit of honey as I tasted and saw fit. it's a subtly bright and homey flavor, not too strong at all!

These muffins were fresh, easy and delicious. I didn’t have enough oranges so I used an orange breakfast blend and swapped apple juice for the oil and they came out great!

Good muffins. I sugared the pan but it made them too sweet. The texture is wonderful, next time I would try to use butter instead of maybe half of the oil.

I substituted buttermilk for 1/4 c of the OJ,, added 1 egg and 1 tablespoon melted butter for added flavor. They turned out great!

These came out beautifully. I followed the directions exactly. The first 12, I made I filled to the top before baking. The next 4, I filled 3/4 full. Small or large they were delicious. I'd make them again

these came out wonderful. I did use the half oil half mango puree.....(what I had on hand) and I did add I little extra sugar in the form of raw brown sugar... . perfect. i also made these in mini loaf pans, as I'm making these as a holiday gift for my vegan daughter... I just hope they lasts until I get them mailed.

It was delicious! I didn't have enough juice to make 1 cup though, and I used two oranges. I made up the difference by using another tablespoon of zest.
