- 1 orange cake mix (pack, Branca de Neve)
- 4 medium eggs
- 100 grams margarine (softened)
- 1 deciliter milk
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl (or Bimby) and whisk at a low speed for one minute or until ingredients are integrated. Then whisk at a higher speed for 5 minutes.
- Place the batter in a cake pan and bake for 35 minutes. Check with a toothpick for doneness, remove from the oven and unmold. Cool completely, then slice in half horizontally. Remove the top layer and spread with custard cream. Replace the top of the cake, taking care not to press down. Spread the top with the remaining cream.
