Description
Festive cupcakes that will brighten any holiday. They are perfect for any time you want something different. Unlike many cupcakes, they are very moist. Featuring a hint of orange to go along with their sweetness, your family may just have a new favorite.

- 240 grams flour
- 200 grams sugar
- 200 mL olive oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 envelope yeast
- 1 orange
- 1 pinch salt

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 220 Celsius.
- Beat the eggs, sugar, and orange juice with an electric mixture until white and fluffy. Add the olive oil and mix for a few seconds.
- Add the sifted flour with the yeast and salt, stirring slightly. Add the orange rind and stir to incorporate.
- Pour the batter into lined cupcake tins and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Remove the cupcakes from the refrigerator, sprinkle with sugar, and bake for 5 minutes. Lower the temperature to 200 C and bake until golden brown, approximately 12 minutes.
