Ingredients

50 grams oatmeal
70 grams orange jam
50 grams sugar
2 tablespoons honey
75 milliliters cream
30 grams flour

Directions

1Put the oatmeal and the jam in the blender, until getting a cream.
2In a saucepan, heat the cream with the sugar and the honey.
3Remove from heat as soon as it boils, add the jam and oatmeal, the cream mixture, and flour.
4Stir well until the mixture is well blended, let cool.
5Refrigerate for half an hour.
6Preheat oven to 180 Celsius degrees.
7Place small circles of dough on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, or with a silicone mat.
8Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
