Ingredients

  • 2 duck breasts
  • salt (to taste)
  • margarine (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 6 tablespoons water
  • 2 orange (juiced)
  • 1/2 cup white wine

Directions

  1. Season duck with coarse salt.
  2. Heat margarine in a saucepan and fry duck over medium heat until golden.
  3. In another pan, add honey and water and mix well.
  4. Add orange juice and boil for a few minutes.
  5. Add wine and let reduce for 5 minute.
  6. Add duck.
  7. Cook for about 15 minutes
  8. Serve with oranges and white rice.
