It was really a great marinade. I let it set for an hour. I think it would be even better to marinate overnight.

I made it in the instant pot along with rice. Set it to medium steam for 4 minutes and let it slow release for 10. Then took it out and reduced the orange juice in a pan

Very flavorful! I try to make salmon for dinner often and this recipe will be added to the mix. I didn’t let it cook long enough for it to brown on top which I will do next time but I’m currently working with a convection oven and cook times can be tricky. Overall a great choice.

I thought it was delicious! My husband and son thought it could use a bit more sweetness. Could have been my oranges weren’t too sweet to begin with. But it’s being added to the rotation! 👍🏼

Delicious, quick and easy to make - will be a regular in my menu planning. 👍 Didn’t have any fresh garlic so used crushed garlic from a bottle and crushed ginger from a jar.

Marinated for almost 2 hours, but the flavor didn't really come out in the thicker areas of the salmon. Perhaps an overnight marinade would serve better next time

Love this. My family loves when I cook this. It's so easy and delicious. I don't grill mine though, I bake it at 400 for 10-12 mins. If yours doesn't come out with flavor, then you didn't marinate it enough. 20 minutes was fine but 1+hour was better. I also drizzled a small bit of the sauce over the fish on the pan while it baked.

It was amazing! The whole family loved the orange salmon. This recipe is a keeper, definitely making it again. was extremely easy,fast and worth the few minutes i had to make dinner..... I baked in the oven, made double the sauce for more fish and didn't marinate it at all.... just made the sauce put it right in the oven with the sauce, foil over top and it was a hit! flavour was amazing! loved it!!!!!!

Excellent recipe, the marinade tastes like the orange chicken at panda express. I'll maybe change the pan for an oven.

Excellent, the only thing I changed was I forgot to put the olive oil into the marinade. I let it soak for an hour and than pan seared the fillet on both sides in a screaming hot pan. I then put the whole thing into an oven at 350 for 10 minutes. Came out sweet and delicious.
