Compliment your holiday ham dinner with this chutney.

Ingredients

1 SERVINGS
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. orange juice concentrate (thawed)
  • 1 Tbsp. orange liqueur (Triple Sec or Grand Marnier)
  • 1/4 tsp. mace (ground)
  • 8 oz. pineapple (crushed)
  • 1 navel orange (large, peeled and finely chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp. red onion (finely chopped)

    Directions

    1. In medium bowl, stir together honey, orange juice concentrate, orange liqueur and ground mace. Stir in crushed pineapple, navel orange and chopped red onion. Cover and refrigerate if made ahead.
    2. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
