Directions
- In non-stick skillet, brown chops on one side over medium-high heat (about 2 minutes); turn chops; stir in remainig ingerdients. Lower heat; simmer covered 6-8 minutes, until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145 degrees Fahrenheit, followed by a 3-minute rest time.
