- 300 grams pearl barley (cooked)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 buffalo mozzarella (balls, sliced)
- 2 oranges (peeled and sliced arugula)
- kalamata olives
- fresh mint
- sea salt

- Warm the pearled barley in the microwave.
