  • 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon adobo seasoning
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons tamari soy sauce
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

  1. Simply blend all ingredients into a bowl to baste or marinate meat, or serve on the side.
  2. Can be cooked in a saucepan on medium heat if desired.
