Ingredients

  • 400 grams chicken breasts (diced)
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup onions (diced)
  • 1/2 green bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 cup pineapple (diced)
  • 8 grams sauce (orange)
  • white rice
  • chili (de arbol flakes, or red pepper flakes, optional)

Directions

  1. 1Cover the chicken with flour. Shake excess flour off.
  2. 2Spray cooking oil into a skillet and place over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken. Cook until the chicken is golden brown.
  3. 3Add the onion, green bell pepper, and pineapple and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. 4Add the sauce and bring to a boil. Add the chili flakes for a spicier flavor.
