Not too bad, but not super good. Okay smoothie for the healthy nutrients from the carrots and fruits. The carrot didn't blend well to make the smoothie super smooth, so expect some small bits of carrots to remain after being blend. Will make again though to get more carrots ingested.

It was ok - smoothie ? its more chewy. Felt the need to doctor it up a bit, but overall it was ok.

It tasted great! The consistency it a little gritty and fibrous due to the carrot, oatmeal, and pineapple. If you are sensitive to certain mouth feel, I recommend omitting the oatmeal and using frozen ingredients instead of raw.

I tried substituting the banana for an apple. The consistency was not good. To chunky. I think I need to blend it further. I also had nothing frozen as suggested and think that's a must. Tastes much better cold than at room temp I'm sure!

I use frozen fruits and add an apple and some cinnamon blend until very smooth mmm very good, i do this almost every day for my husband its oh so good.

Found this very tasty. My recommendations: * It comes out warm if you don't freeze your fruit ahead of time. If you don't have frozen fruit available, and you want it cold, refrigeration after making worked for me. It didn't separate like some smoothies do. * Blend for 2 full minutes to get it super smooth. This blending time is an old daquiri-making trick from my New Orleans family heritage. :)

I added an apple instead of pineapple that I didn't have and it was still good. Along with a few ice cubes. Mmmm a touch of cinnamon livens it up too.

I also tried a ripe banana, an apple, an orange with half a cup of milk, chia and 3 ice cubes! This seems to be a good source of fructose and since the body metabolizes these foods slowly, it would also be good for diabetics.

Instead of oj i used coconut milk.I also added chia & ground flax. I'm diabetic & the pineapple was enough sugar for me. It was a nice as I love carrot juice I have never put oatmeal in a smoothie b4 very nice.
