Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 4 slices rye bread (reduced-calorie)
- 8 slices tomatoes
- 4 slices red onion
- 3/4 pound roast beef deli meat (thinly sliced lean or fat free)
- 4 slices low fat Swiss cheese (about 4 oz.)
Directions
- 1In small bowl, combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise, horseradish and Worcestershire sauce.
- 2Evenly spread mayonnaise mixture on each bread slice. Top with tomato, onion, roast beef and cheese. Broil 1 minute or until cheese is melted. Garnish, if desired, with chopped fresh chives or green onions.
