I had never made an open faced hamburger before until now and this recipe was outstanding. The burgers were nice and juicy and loaded with flavor. The sweetness of the onions combine with the sour kick of the balsamic vinegar really set the whole meal off. This 4 star recipe will be added to my dinner list from now on.
