Onion-crusted Chicken With South Of France Salad



  • 1 package knorr french onion recip mix
  • 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1/3 cup hellmann' or best food real mayonnais
  • 8 cups red leaf lettuce (torn, and/or green leaf lettuce)
  • 8 ounces green beans (cooked and chilled)
  • feta cheese (or goat, crumbled (optional))
  • pitted olives (for garnish)
  • Wish-Bone Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing (your favorite wish-bone)

    1. Preheat oven to 425°.
    2. Combine Knorr® French Onion recipe mix with bread crumbs and set aside.
    3. Brush chicken with mayonnaise, then coat with bread crumb mixture. Arrange chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
    4. Evenly arrange lettuce, green beans and goat cheese on 4 plates. Slice chicken and arrange over lettuce. Drizzle with dressing and garnish with olives. Voila, mon cherie.
