This recipe was so easy to make and it was delicious and moist. I was skeptical about putting in the whole envelope of onion (first time using the Lipton onion mix) but it wasn't salty at all. Just the right amount of flavor and the apple juice rounded it out. My husband said it was the best thing I've made in a long time. I think I'm a pretty good cook but it's nice to find a new dish that you can add to the mix. I'm making it pretty regulary. Thank you.
