  • 8 salmon (Ume, Pickled Plums or Grilled)

    Directions

    1. Steam or Cook the Japanese rice, the rice should be firm and slightly sticky.
    2. Allow Rice to cool for about 2-3 minutes.
    3. Dip hands in water and sprinkle salt on the palms.
