  • mushrooms (chopped and diced.)
  • 1 onion (medium, diced.)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced.)
  • 1 green bell pepper (chopped up.)
  • oregano (Some)
  • basil (Some, ., Dried.)
  • red pepper flakes
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 4 tablespoons vinegar
