  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/4 lbs)
  • 1 jar (1 lb. 8 oz.) Ragu® Old World Style® Pasta Sauce (1 lb. 8 oz.)
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 1/4 cups converted rice (or regular rice)
  • 1 package frozen chopped spinach (10 oz., thawed)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 4 oz)

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 375°. Season chicken, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper.
    2. In 13 x 9-inch baking dish, combine Pasta Sauce, water, rice and spinach. Arrange chicken on rice mixture.
    3. Bake uncovered 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 10 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
