The flavour was there didn’t use the sober noodles used quinoa more sauce next time and noodles. Ate it with chicken drummettes
It wasn’t stellar but it was very good and I will make it again in our favorites rotation. Easy to make and tasty is a big plus,

Really delicious. I doubled the sauce after reading some reviews stating it was too dry/flavorless and it was perfect. Made enough for a family of 5 to enjoy so I added more veggies and noodles. Spiced it up with sriracha

This recipe is so simple and easy but still has flavor to it and isn't bland at all! I had to add a couple extra tablespoons of soy sauce but I really don't mind. I'll definitely be making this again!

I made some salmon in extra sauce just prior to cutting everything. I let it cool while I tossed the veggies and made the noodles. Super delicious!!! Thanks for sharing!!

I wasn't able to use rice wine, so I used some red wine and threw in some sesame seeds and it turned out amazing

I literally could not get to the broccoli in my little resort town (overrun by 10,000 extras in the summer), so I substituted salad shrimp. I also added jalapenos and cilantro and some extra ginger and garlic (we like it hot). I couldn't get sobi noodles, so I used straight cut rice noodles. Love this kind of dish because, although a bit labor intensive, it all comes together quickly. Thanks for sharing this great meal!

Loved it! I substituted apple cider vinegar for the rice vinegar, ramen (without seasoning) for the soba, and also cooked up jasmine. Ended up simple, healthy, and with the natural sweetness that veggies have.

Very good family recipe. More direction could have been given in the directions. I did not modify it at all. I would make this again for my family.
