The flavor combo was really good, but we felt like it needed more substance. Next time we will add another vegetable, like celery, parsnips, or radishes. Additionally, we will probably also cook an egg and put it on top (since we aren't vegan). We added green onions on top, which was good. Next time might consider ricotta instead of cream cheese.

Super delicious. I couldn't buy kale or vegan cream cheese so I substituted them for spinach and ricotta. Whilst not being vegan, it was still a really enjoyable meal.

Delicious dish, followed the recipe exactly and it made a ton of healthy food for pretty cheap. The sour cream really makes this dish amazing. Definitely reaching for this recipe again!

Very simple recipe that's easy to make and easy to customize. The white beans are delicious with the stewed tomatoes, and the greens and cream really elevate the whole dish. In a pinch, I have also made this with spinach wilted at the end and no cream, adding mushrooms and habanero to match guest tastes. It still turned out incredible! One of my go-to recipes when I want unique food that isn't too fussy.

I added an extra half amount of each spice (double the s & p). I also added a bit of garlic powder. I let it simmer for 5 minutes before adding the beans, then an additional 5 more. The cream cheese was a nice addition, although the recipe overall was lacking depth.

Soooo good! It's the best thing I have made with white beans that i can remember. Easy to make, simple spices but packs a powerful flavor. I added carrots to make it more nutritious and replaced the cream cheese with besan dumplings. I served this with whole wheat soda bread and it was a tasy dinner made in less than an hour.
