Skip making it with regular milk and use heavy cream. I know this voids the “skinny” benefits , but come on this is just chicken Alfredo. When sautéing the garlic add a hand full of thyme sprigs, remove before adding the liquids and pasta. Stir, stir, stir so the pasta cooks evenly. And for you working parents, skip the grilled chicken. Get a rotisserie from your local grocery store for a quick Wednesday meal.

It seemed to have all the right ingredients but not enough flavor. It asked for 2 1/2 cups of milk but I think 2 cups to start with would have worked better.

Pasta turned out a little thick I wouldn't simmer down as long and the chicken took forever so I'd do that ahead of time like it says

This dish turned out great! Substituted shrimp for the chicken and added a few red pepper flakes. Will definitely do this one again.

The pasta tasted really good but was really dry. Once the pasta got cold it got really cold and dry. I couldn't reheat it
