Definitely a favorite, I roasted my own red peppers and added a little heavy cream at the end, my husband loved it.

It was delicious only did half the sausage amount and used chorizo - worked well. A lot of cheese so might reduce it next time. Added some chili flakes on serving - if you like a little bit of a bite especially with the chorizo.

Turned out great, used cubed bacon instead of sausage to add a little more salt instead of salting water, also used cheddar as the cheese and added broccoli. Love it!!!!!!!!

This turned out surprisingly tasty! Kind of like a smokey or full flavor mac & cheese. I took the advice of other reviewers and added the cheese and spinach at the end... great advice. I can see how it could be disasterous otherwise. I also finely processed the mushrooms as we arent a mushroom family. I didnt want to sacrifice the flavor by not adding them. Ended up working real well..couldnt even tell mushrooms were in it. Otherwise, everything in this dish worked real well together and I will be making again!! 4 star just because the directions shoukd be changed to add cheese and spinach at the end.

It was delicious! Entire family enjoyed it. It would be quicker to cook pasta in a separate dish. We added cheese at the end.
