Turned out great, will do it again. Couldn’t find smoked sausage, used spicy Italian sausage as a placement. Cooked it first and drained the fat.

Really enjoyed this dish, I would cook the mushrooms and smoked sausage separately for a little while first just to crisp them a little before putting in with all the other ingredients. I also just used mozzarella on its own as I couldn't find Montgomery jacks. Do NOT do this! ridiculously gluey and almost impossible to serve!

It was really good. Next time I will use less cheese though. The cheese flavor took over.

Too liquid-y, had to boil for longer to try to get rid of water, would recommend not as much water. Otherwise delicious!

Yummly Awesome, left mushrooms out, cooked in pressure cooker which intensified the flavor

Thank you. I replaced the meat to turkey and Italian turkey sausage, and added some Marsala wine to it, the pot came out delicious. Thank you

Enjoyed the receipt. Used German smoked sausage (mistake). I like the idea of chorizo so I'm going try it next time.

Delicious!!! I used smoked sausage and chorizo and it was delicious!

It was delicious only did half the sausage amount and used chorizo - worked well. A lot of cheese so might reduce it next time. Added some chili flakes on serving - if you like a little bit of a bite especially with the chorizo.

Very delicious but had to add more cheese and more sausage to be equal. Also, it feeds 4-5 people rationally. But still good!

It was great but the Parmesan stuck to the bottom of the pan. Next time I’ll wait to add that last. Definitely a repeat.
