So good! Takes awhile to make, not a weeknight meal. I had to cook much longer because I used brown rice, but it was worth it. Will make again.

This has turned out to be one of our favorites because it is so easy to make and so delicious. I used 3/4 cup of whole grain basmati rice instead of 1 cup of white rice.

I had a lot of extra long-grain rice and tomato sauce that I wanted to use up, so I decided to whip this up on a cold & snowy afternoon. Super easy! I subbed an extra teaspoon of bouillon and 8 extra ounces of water for the broth. I also used a whole 14.5 oz can of tomato sauce. Next time I think I’ll add either diced jalapeños or dried chiles because I like some heat. Overall a very good recipe!

AMAZING! I usually make unstuffed bell peppers, but this blew mine away! I did use ground turkey instead and used diced tomatoes with chilès, it was DELICIOUS! My daughter is on serving 3 of it right now. This recipe is a KEEPER!!

I didn't follow the recipe exactly. I cut out the brooth and used more tomato sauce and cooked white rice normally than mixed it in all together at the end. a little easier and faster. still really good and makes a lot!

Turned out great! Super easy, like chili but with a Latin flair with the peppers, would recommend to eat with bread or tortilla chips

I used green peppers instead of the colored ones. We love stuffed peppers and this recipe was just as good and a little simpler.

We loved this. It turned out so good and with so much flavor, even my youngest ate it. I used leftover rice and cooked it for less time once the rice was added, and it was still wonderful.

This was a huge hit! Everyone was fighting over the leftovers and were upset when they were gone. lol Only changes I made was using fresh diced tomatoes instead of canned because that's what I had. And I added a bit of cajun spice to give it a kick. My daughter said she liked it way better than regular stuffed green peppers because the peppers were softer. Delicious!

I made this last night and it was a little soggy, not enough peppers and seasonings I think it would be a good filling for stuffed peppers.

This was delicious! I'll be adding it to a regular family dish. I ended up using garlic powder instead, and didn't add the onions since my husband won't eat them. It made plenty of food for our three person family.

So good we went back for seconds. Easy to make and one pot, love it. I used ground turkey and next time will add more garlic and seasonings.
