A pretty tasty ground beef dish. I’m not sure it should be called beef stroganoff though. I used smoked paprika and added a little Worcestershire sauce. Would add more salt if I made it again.

I used 3 cups of broth because I didn’t want it too liquid. I’m definitely going to make it again. Maybe trying 3.5 cups of broth. Either way, it was delicious.

Not my favorite Beef Stroganoff but it was easy to make. I should have followed the suggestions to use less beef broth.

no flavor, did not taste at all like stroganov. it was easy and convenient (for the 2 stars) however so are frozen meals without the the cleanup.

This was really tasty and quick to make. My picky eater loved it. I will be adding this to our rotation

The 4 cups of broth worked well, added a bit more sour cream. Used canned mushrooms and cooked with the meat and kept them in. Used Garden Rotini.

Turned out great I did add about two table spoons of cream of mushroom soup. I also added a little more noodles because it was a bit watery. Was a hit so will make it again

Turned out good but needed “something “. Maybe more mushrooms- I may have skimped a little to save for thanksgiving stuffing I would definitely make again

Simple & Great!! Followed others tips such as boiling the rotini separately in beef broth. Cooked mushrooms, onions garlic first, set aside, then beef with paprika. Added drained pasta, sauted mushrooms onions, garlic, 1 cup of boiled broth along with sour cream and done! I doubled everything for a family of 5 and hungry men!

This was just ok. Lacked flavor for our family; but it wasn’t terrible. May try again with some more seasoning.

Delicious stroganoff! Great recipe. I held back on water until it looked just right - good advice.

This was delicious! I used plain Greek yogurt instead of sour cream and it was still wonderful. Even my kids liked it (bonus!).

So easy, and if seasoned regularly, super flavourful and yummy! Definitely in the regular rotation, wouldn’t change a thing

Loved this! Didn’t have broth so substituted water and soy sauce (1 tablespoon per 1 cup). Will definitely make this again ! Also, definitely had extra liquid but still came out great after pouring off a bit then adding sour cream and the mushrooms.

Really tasty.. after reading reviews.. i cooked the mushrooms and onions olive oil and garlic in a large pan.. set it aside in a bowl after al dente. I put 3 cups of beef broth in a medium pot and cooked pasta in that. Cooked the beef and Paprika in previous pot.. then added the set aside mushrooms an onions /garlic. Drained the pasta into a medium bowl. Added pasta to everything else.. then i put in maybe 1 cup of the reserved broth along with sour cream. Ta da perfect.
