Loved it! Omitted the mushrooms, just because I'm not a huge fan. My husband asks me to make this all the time.

It turned out really good.. I substitute the sour cream for cream of mushroom soup and I added more paprika as well as some adobe seasoning and that brought out more flavors in the meat. when making the broth I used water and a beef bouillon cube and used chicken broth for more. this recipe I would definitely do again.... with my extra twicks of course 😊

Very good. I followed the reviews and it doubled the mushrooms. used 12 ounces of noodles instead of eight. Put a little bit more than half a cup of sour cream. And increased the broth to five tops

I made this for the first time last night for dinner and I'm at work having some of the leftovers as I type this!! Omg!! It is soooo good!! Even better today! I did add 1/2 again the amount of mushrooms, broth and noodles plus a bit of cajun spice and Montreal spice to add a little flavor and a kick. It turned out amazing!! I LOVE it and will definitely be making this again!

This was the most unusual and not so wonderful Stroganoff I’ve ever made. It doesn't come close to a real Stroganoff.... However, the left overs the next day, make an interesting casserole meal. Microwave it with plenty of hot sauce, and it turns out spectacular and I loved it! Cautious about making it again, but the day after makes the difference! YUM secondary, yuck primary....

I added a few of my own touches. I used 2 lbs of ground beef. I used 12 0z of pasta. I added another 1/2 tsp of salt and pepper at the end of cooking. I also added 1TBS of Italian seasoning and to make it more creamy I added about 11 ounces of cream of mushroom soup. My kids and husband LOVED it. No leftovers!!!
Patty A. 15 Apr
Kids loved it, even my son who doesn't like mushrooms!

Didn’t have the sour cream. Substituted whole milk plain yogurt and it worked out nicely. Also used fresh-frozen mushrooms. Forgot to remove them after cooking, so they remained in the skillet the entire time. Doing this did not make a difference. This dish came out perfectly. Truly a one-pot meal.
