Very easy to make, but I feel it was lacking flavor.

The chicken and pasta was very good and cooked well. I didn't add the tomatoes and olives to my plate because I don't eat them, but my parents loved it all together! There was still lots of liquid left in the pot, so I took the cover off when there was about 5 mins. left so it could evaporate out and it turned out great!

Really easy and tasty recipe! I was worried there might be more liquid leftover after the cooking process and I was correct...so I just add a little (1/2 cup) of Trader Joe's 4-cheese blend to the liquid and it became a perfectly creamy sauce. The whole family loved it!

Since I read the comments about it being mushy I boiled the noodles in the chicken broth and oregano. Once the noodles were cooked and chicken broth was absorbed I threw the marinated chicken in and cooked it . I finished by adding a bit of Greek feta and oregano salad dressing along with the cheese, tomato and olives.

I only cooked the noodles and chicken 11 min, partly with lid on and the last few min lid off .drained off some of the liquid before I added the tomatoes, olives etc. Added finely chopped red onion and sprinkled cilantro on top. Delicious!

The ingredients on their own are spectacular. I am sorry to say they don't work in this recipe. I am Greek and was thoroughly disappointed with the result.
